"I purchased home and auto insurance for a great price but my premium keeps going up monthly. Then the fat Mail carrier, toting a small AC unit broke the bottom step to the front porch and State Farm froze my coverage. For 2 months I only got a bill for auto insurance, until I got the step repaired. Repaired step and I got a bill for the current month and the 2 previous months. They led me to believe if I had a claim during this time that I had no coverage. This might not have been illegal but it was definitely unethical."
