"We had an 9:30 apt this morning with Cole Walters, he was about 15-20 minutes late, his Secretary said he wasn’t there but no other explanation. When he came in he walked by us 2 times and never spoke to us. When we went into his ofc he asked what he could could do for us(very blunt, no good morning, no apology for being late, very rude young man)and me and my husband both said Good Morning. Cole told us that his Secretary was bullied by my husband because he stood too close to her desk(he is 81 and hard of hearing). We were in his ofc. last week to see him, we had questions for him about our policy changes we had gotten in the mail(we had rec’d 3 different letters from State Farm, we have been with them for 62 years). He didn’t have an hour for us at that time. My husband is 81 and hard of hearing, he had stood up close to the Secretary’s desk and she had told Cole that he was bullying her(I told her this morning that he was hard of hearing that was why he was close to her desk so he could hear, she still felt bullied.) We didn’t get past the first letter from State Farm this morning, I asked why we needed to resign that letter that they(I guess Cole’s ofc. had already filled out and checked the blocks they wanted checked)had prefilled out themselves because what it was requesting us to resign was what we already had in our policies, he said S.F. was updating their records, I wanted my envelopes back, he snatched it off the table and said that he had paid for that return stamp, he was keeping it, very rude with a bad attitude. After that episode with the first S.F. Correspondence I told my husband I was ready to go, I don’t have to be insulted by that rude young man. We were transferred to Cole by S.F. when Mr. Slaton had passed. Mr Slaton’s ofc. was always very nice and respectful. The first time we went into Cole’s ofc. to meet him, he was very cocky also, we should have had our account transferred to another agent at that time, hindsight is 20/20. I’m glad everyone else is please with him but we are from the old school, it doesn’t hurt you to have good manners and respect, this young man has neither. When I do business with someone I do expect to be treated with respect."

Respect for our staff is not optional. The documents discussed during your appointment were standard forms required by the State of Georgia to keep policy records current and we did not alter your coverage. The prepaid return envelope referenced was office property. While we value long-standing policyholders, our office also operates under current professional standards for communication and conduct. We respect your decision to seek an agent better aligned with your preferences and wish you the best moving forward with your new agent."

"They gave me one rate. Then it goes up. Because of an accident I have not had an accident in almost 2 years. Why want to lie."

"I think Jaden is absolutely an amazing insurance agent, and deserves to be commended for the job he does. He was able to find me a great price on my car insurance, something way better than what I was paying with 🗽 Liberty Mutual. I was with Liberty for over 9 or 10 years, and within the last year, they were charging me almost $200 a month, just because of a speeding ticket of 5-7 miles over the speed limit in my subdivision. Again I would like to thank Jaden for what he's done for me, and I want to thank your insurance agency for being the greatest."
