"I’ve had a great experience working with Jaden Waznik. He’s always been easy to reach, takes the time to answer questions, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. Insurance can be confusing, but Jaden does a great job explaining everything in a way that’s easy to understand.

"At first I received an email from Gracjan Jezierski (State Farm Insurance) and thought… here we go again. Sky high insurance rates. Didn’t answer the follow up phone calls. Then several days later I decided to check it out. Replied with a short email stating show me the quote. Much to my surprise it was quite a bit lower than I expected. I called their office, spoke to Mr. Jeziersky. He went over the quote. Answered all of my questions. Knowing what other quotes I had received in the past from other companies I knew it was the best price I was going to get. I immediately said “let’s do this”!. Later I called back to check on the cost of additional services. He said it was included in my policy. I was ecstatic! The agent Cole Walter’s exceeded my expectations. Very professional and thorough. If you’re looking for car insurance, this is the agent for you. The best service in years!"

"Really bad customer service. Wouldn’t honor the quote I got online and then hung up the phone on me and didn’t bother to ask if I had any questions. Austin should probably reconsider working with people directly, since his customer service skills are so poor. I’m just disappointed.
Again, I’ll reiterate, he did not attempt to answer any questions and hung up on me once he realized I didn’t not want the coverage he was offering. I even had to ask where I could go to get the coverage I received the quote for."

"Since it wouldn't let me reply to your response to my first review I'm leaving another one. I wasn't yelling I talk loudly. And when having to be on speaker phone sounds louder as well. When I'm going over the documents I have and reviewing dates to verify correct information with your agents. I wasn't in the wrong they finally found the documents I was needing and sent them over to myself and my lean hold. Which is all I was asking but was being repeatedly told I didn't have policies I knew I had because I had purchased them from this company. When a customer is repeatedly being told different things and they know what the facts are they aren't going to be happy nor will they just say ok u don't have them so they don't exist but again the documents I was calling for and have been trying to get from y'all for weeks we're sent over because they did exist. Your team lied repeatedly telling me one second they found it then they found it but it didn't have my lean holder listed yet low and behold both policies I was requesting that Ansley said didn't exist she herself emailed over to me and the lean holder but excellent customer service 0%"

"Very poor customer service. Ansley will hang up on you. She has no customer service skills I have never had a good experience speaking with her yes I'm a very straightforward and upfront person especially when I know what I have had and I'm having someone argue with me about my policies. Instead of doing her job she just hangs up and when you call back she has somebody else deal with it because she can't. When you're dealing with the public you're going to be dealing with all kinds of people some people are loud some people are quiet some people are high strung some people are calm that's a part of customer service and when you have somebody who's paying over $5,000 extra because of something that they're missing and they're trying to get it and they know where it came from and somebody wants to argue with them about it they're going to do what they have to do to make sure that they get that money back nobody's going to throw away $5,000 and let ansley just hang up on them....."
